The service is a private computer network that GB operates for the benefit of itself and its customers. In order to provide the service, we may collect certain information about service performance, your machine and your service use. We may automatically upload this information from your machine. This data will not personally identify you.
The service does not hold designated record sets as defined under the U.S. Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 and the regulations promulgated thereunder (HIPAA), nor medical records as defined under state law.
Our e-portal is hosted on Microsoft Inc. Azure cloud service. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Microsoft Inc. Azure cloud service data storage, databases and the general GB application. Your data is stored on a secure server behind a firewall managed by GB.
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.
